Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

ThinkUnbias subscriptions cost ₹20 per month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until the paid-through date. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use and accounts

Keep your login credentials secure and you are responsible for activity through your account. Do not misuse the service, including through abuse, automated scraping, attacks, unauthorized access, fraud, interference with the service, or unlawful use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or sensitive material in reports or other submissions.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security threats, legal violations, or serious breaches of these Terms. We may modify, remove, archive, correct, or discontinue content and features.

Availability, liability, and third parties

The service and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of technical problems, or that it will produce any educational, behavioral, personal, professional, health, or decision-making outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkUnbias is not liable for losses arising from reliance on content, service interruptions, third-party services, user decisions, or unauthorized account use. WorkOS, Razorpay, MongoDB Atlas, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. External links and third-party content are not controlled or endorsed merely because they appear on the site.

Intellectual property

ThinkUnbias branding, software, original content, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service personally as intended, but may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit protected materials without permission, except where law allows. We respect third-party rights.

Changes, law, and other terms

We may update these Terms reasonably. The effective date will be updated and we will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer and other legal rights that cannot be waived, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.
